Cape Trafalgar, 9th October 2011.- Summer’s not gone yet in some areas of Spain, like in Caños de Meca. With temperatures up to 30 degrees and winds up to 20 knots, this weekend was the perfect moment to celebrate the first Red Bull Batalla de Trafalgar, a kitesurf event that closed the season. Spain re-wrote history winning this unique battle in front of England and France. With Gisela Pulido as Captain, the Spanish army got 6 of the 11 point at stake. The French team, led by Mallory de la Villemarque, was second and the English team, commanded by Aaron Hadlow, 5 times World Champion, was third.

Sympa ces voiles perdues dans le bleu !! On s’est fait sortir en finale, mais au moins on y est arrivé (allez les Bleus !!!!!!) ! Pas comme à Hossegor, où Flores a du abandonner suite à une mauvaise blessure à la cheville…
